No Show | Late Policy

Reboot allows up to 15 minutes of grace for your appointment before you are asked to reschedule. If you fail to show up to your session within the 15 minutes that is allowed, you will be charged the full rate for your session.

Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment will result in a No-Show Fee, which is equal to the full rate of your scheduled session.


Refund & Exchange Policy


All product sales (for physical and digital products) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Please be sure to select the appropriate size, color, and variants for your products to avoid dissatisfaction. If your product is received in damaged condition, please contact us at erica@rebootbehavioral.com to discuss your options for exchanging or replacing the damaged goods.  No refunds will be considered for physical or digital products purchased.
